Do we need to pay annually or is this a one-time purchase?

When you purchase Medical Bill Academy™ in bulk, you will receive a custom company link for your employees to redeem their new benefit. Employees will not be able to redeem the benefit once all the purchased courses have been redeemed.

How Your Custom Company Link Works:

Your Custom Company Link expires 1 year after the date of purchase, if not used.

Once an employee redeems access through your company link, they get 1 full year of course access from that redemption date.

Example: You purchase 20 employee access codes on June 1, 2025. Your team has until May 31, 2026 to redeem those codes.

Jill redeems her code on September 1, 2025 → Her course access ends on August 31, 2026.

John redeems his code on March 1, 2026 → His access ends on February 28, 2027.

Joe tries to redeem a code on July 15, 2026, but the codes have expired. He’ll need HR to complete the next bulk order.
